Founded September 2012 in Värnamo, Sweden,
a technical consultancy company that focuses mainly in the field of elastomers, with a closer orientation to sealing solutions, materials, processes, equipment, standards and the design related to it.

 

Successfully closed projects in Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA, South Africa, Turkey and most of the countries within the European Union.

ABOUT ELVIR CAVKA, Mechanical Engineer, MSc.

A senior manager with more than 30 years of  experience, mostly from the aviation, defense and rubber industry. Main working fields are within general management, business development, sales and marketing as well as R&D. Registered as an inventor with EPO and a number of patented solutions within the field of Pipe Sealing Systems.

 

The past decades have been spent working internationally, mainly Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Germany,  ex YU-countries, France, UK, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. 

 

Currently residing in Sweden with frequent travels to Dubai, Turkey, Benelux, France, Germany and UK among others.

Integrity, loyalty, dedication as well as a strong focus on result and great sense of humor are some of the key personal characteristics.
